We accept Danish debit cards, VISA, MasterCard, contactless, Apple Pay.<\/p>

All bars and food stalls are cashless, but if you want to use cash in the bars, you can buy a cash card at the information desk.<\/p>

We do not accept mobilepay in bars, food stalls and in the information desk, but mobilepay can be used in the CRV shop.

The bars at Classic Race Viborg are cashless for security reasons and to speed up processing times.<\/p>

But you can still use cash by purchasing a Cash Card.

You can have the remaining amount on your Cash Card paid out to a debit\/credit card in the information at no cost.<\/p>

You can get information about the remaining balance in all bars and in the Informationen. The Informationen closes for refunds at 8:00 PM every day. Alternatively, you can send an email, see the instructions below, to have the remaining balance paid out from your debit card.<\/p>

The deadline for submitting this is Friday, May 29, 2025.<\/strong><\/p>

All refunds sent by email must be processed manually, which is why there is a processing fee of 50 DKK per card which is deducted from the transferred amount.<\/p>

We encourage all cases to be processed as quickly as possible, but since it is done manually, it may take up to 20 days before the amount appears in your account.<\/p>

It is your responsibility to submit all required information before the deadline, otherwise your case will not be processed. If you attempt to cheat or provide incorrect information, your case will not be processed.<\/p>

The information submitted is only stored until your payment has been processed, after which your email with all information will be deleted.<\/p>

Send an email with the following information (only that and nothing else) no later than Wednesday 29.05.26 to kae@classicraceviborg.dk<\/a><\/p>

In the subject field, write: Refund<\/strong><\/p>

  1. Name<\/strong><\/li>
  2. Card number on the cash card<\/strong><\/li>
  3. Bank \u2013 Registration number<\/strong><\/li>
