EVENT IN OWN TENT
For Classic Race Viborg, you can hold an event in your very own tent, both Friday and Saturday. Here you can hold the staff event on Friday and invite your customers and business partners on Saturday, or vice versa, it's entirely up to you. We place your tent strategically in the first row on the long side and this allows you to capture every moment of the excitement as the racing cars whiz by.
Create a super experience for your customers, employees or business partners with an event in your very own tent. We have room for 32 guests in each tent, but if you have 64, 96 or 128 guests, we can scale up as you wish.
CATERING IN OWN TENT
We offer various types of catering, so you can give your customers or colleagues the experience they deserve. If you are into sandwiches and pastries, or a buffet with wines, there is an option for both, so you can choose the nice arrangement for the customers, or put together the weekend as you like.
Beverages such as wine, water, soft drinks and beer must be purchased from Classic Race Viborg according to the current price list, unless otherwise agreed.

When you have bought your ticket to the JP Group VIP Lounge, you get the motor race up close. In addition to admission to Classic Race Viborg, we have provided comfort and convenience while you follow the races on the course. From morning coffee to afternoon cake, we make sure you have everything you need for a perfect day at Classic Race Viborg.
At the JP Group VIP Lounge, you have both the opportunity to invite customers and colleagues or spoil employees and family, throughout the race weekend.
Our JP Lounge VIP Lounge is located close to the party site and elevated from the footpath so that you have the best possible view of the long side and with a view of the pit, via the tent's plateau. It is also possible to follow the races on the big screen located on the opposite side of the track.
The afternoon ends with coffee & cake and of course there is beer, water and wine throughout the day, here you quickly get the feeling of being part of something exclusive. Afterwards, of course, there is free access to the party site.

Take a look inside our exhibition area, where the riding stable is also located. Here you can enjoy an impressive collection of both old and new cars, including the racing cars that take part in the races. This is a unique opportunity to get up close to the iconic vehicles that have shaped the history of motor sport.
Families are invited to explore our specially designed children's area, where fun and exciting activities await. Children under 14 have free access to Classic Race Viborg, as long as they are accompanied by adults. We ensure that the children have ample opportunity to explore the combination of motorsport and creative entertainment.
When hunger strikes, you can visit our food area, here you have the opportunity to explore our food stalls with many delicacies, so you can enjoy your favorite burger or try something completely different. You can do all this while following the races on one of our big screens, in one of the cozy areas on the square.
