You will have close contact with our guests in the area, and you will assist them in various ways. If you are service-oriented, go-getter and enjoy meeting different guests, then this is the place for you.
Here, the focus is on servicing our exhibitors around the area. Then you are service-oriented, you always have a smile on your face, and you like to give it gas, then this is it.
You focus on servicing before the guests enter the site as well as on charity drives. If you have a good overview, are good at meeting people and welcoming them, then this is the place for you.
It is about creating security as a guard on the site. If you are smiling and welcoming, even in the late hours of the night, then this could be the job for you.

You help build up the track and area and tear it down again afterwards. This means that you must have your hands well tightened and be ready to take action! The tasks include handling fences and concrete elements.
There is work leading up to, during and after the race weekend.
The first thing we start with is to fence off the entire area with festival fencing. A subcontractor then erects concrete barriers that demarcate the entire track. When the concrete is set, a safety fence is placed on top of the concrete. It is also a task for track builders to place the safety fence, which must subsequently be reinforced with clamps and steel wire. Spectator fences, which are 1 meter high bicycle fences, will be erected around the entire track, where there are spectators.
It is important that you are physically fit and are used to manual work, as there is a lot of lifting, etc. It is expected that you sign up for a minimum of 4 working days, one of which should preferably be Sunday for unpacking.
The work in the logistics team is extensive and consists of thousands of ad hoc tasks. Our tasks include an overview of various purchases as well as the delivery of these for smaller setups on site. The tasks after the race will consist of collecting and properly unpacking what we have delivered/set up. Work is carried out throughout race week, from Monday in race week to and including the Tuesday after the race weekend.

It will be an advantage - but not a requirement - that you have a driving license and are somewhat practical.
The craftsman group's tasks include construction, set-up and repair tasks as well as other small and large ad hoc tasks. As we work with a deadline on all our tasks, you must be prepared to make an extra effort when it "burns on". If there are periods when we have "free hands", you must be prepared to help out with the course builders.

It is important that you are used to physical manual work and have your hands properly trained, it is also important that you can "think outside the box" and are ready to adapt. A craft background is not a requirement, but IF you have special prerequisites, you are very welcome to state this when registering.
Our tasks include e.g. the following: building the prize podium, setting up TV at our exhibitors, building various platforms/stairs, building counters, installing/connecting various equipment as well as countless other small and large ad hoc tasks. Since we work with a deadline on all our tasks, you must be prepared to make an extra effort "when the heat is on".
During the race weekend, the team will solve existing repair tasks on fences, stairs, grandstands, toilets, installations, etc. In addition, there may be tasks such as filling water tanks and, delivering and laying out plastic running boards. But as a starting point, there will be a good opportunity to have fun and watch the race as this is primarily handled by a contingency where you take turns to "be on".
The tasks after the race weekend will consist of properly unpacking "everything we have set up".
There may be periods in the team when we have "free hands". During those periods, you must be prepared to help out with the track builders.
Tools, vehicles and equipment will be available for the various tasks. You are of course welcome to bring your own preferred tool.
There is full catering on the days you work.
A craft background is not a requirement, but IF you have special prerequisites, such as a truck certificate, experience with construction equipment or the like, you are welcome to write this when registering.
